We are always looking for new products to sell on Blurama.com. We actively seek new merchant partners to increase the number of products we offer. To qualify as a merchant partner you must be able to provide billing, product fulfillment, and customer service to the customers who place orders through our site.

1. We import your catalog of products into our database
2. We promote your products on our site.
3. We capture orders.
4. We transmit the orders directly to your fulfillment center.
5. We provide daily sales reports.
6. We take a commission on the subtotal of each order (before tax & shipping) and bill your company on a monthly cycle.

We transmit orders to our merchant partners in a variety of data formats and delivery methods. Orders are captured by our shopping cart system and delivered to our partners in a variety of methods. We can deliver orders in real-time or batch format via email, fax, xml web services, or FTP data file transfer. Our programming staff needs the following information to create a custom data transfer script for each new merchant partner.

Real Time or Batch Transfer. Real Time means that orders are sent to the merchant partner immediately after they are captured by our shopping cart system. Batch Transfer means that orders are grouped together in a batch and sent at some pre-defined time interval i.e. once daily, once weekly, etc. If batch transfer is the desired method, we will need the exact time of day to send the batch i.e. 1am each evening.

Delivery Method & Data Format. Our merchant partners must choose how they would like orders delivered. We are capable of delivering orders in the following formats. FTP Data File (CSV, tab-delimited, fixed width, etc), Email, FAX, or web services (XML). Most of our merchant partners use the FTP data file method and provide us with a copy of their desired file format, including columns, data types, any special formatting, etc. In most cases orders are sent directly to a merchant partner's fulfillment center and adhere to their file specification.

Product Catalog, Codes & Pricing Info. We will need a merchant partner's product catalog, internal product sku's, and pricing information. This data is sent along with each order to insure a smooth import into the merchant partners IT or fulfillment systems. We will also need correct price points for all unique product sku's, states and tax % where applicable, and shipping/handling costs for each product sku.

System Integration. In order for our IT systems to "talk" to your IT systems we will need connection info. For example, in the case of an FTP delivery method we will need an account with a username/password to gain access.

Testing & Technical Point of Contact. We will need the contact information of an IT person to coordinate with during the testing phase. It is also desirable to have a method of flagging individual orders or entire data files as test orders.

Tracking & Reporting. When orders are delivered to our merchant partners we typically embed a source code that is defined by the partner and insures that orders are tracked properly and credited as originating from our network. It is also desirable to have a reporting tool where we can login and compare total orders delivered with total orders received by a merchant partner's IT system.
